About support tickets

When you need help from MitID support you need to be able to confirm your identity.

The easiest way is to log on to MitID.dk and create a support ticket while logged in. A support ticket is a six-digit code, which is associated with your user ID. You can identify yourself with the support ticket number when you call MitID support or visit Citizen Service.

If you cannot log on to MitID.dk and create a support ticket, you will be asked to confirm your identity in other ways. MitID support may ask you control questions and you will need to bring a valid ID with picture to Citizen Service.
